ADM Readiness Inventory for health practices

A fixed-price, email-only inventory of the software your practice uses, ready for whoever updates your privacy policy before 10 December 2026.

Why now

From 10 December 2026, organisations covered by the Privacy Act must explain in their privacy policy when they use personal information in computer programs that make decisions, or do something substantially and directly related to making them, where those decisions could reasonably be expected to significantly affect an individual's rights or interests. The policy must say what kinds of personal information are used and what kinds of decisions are made. Health service providers are covered regardless of turnover.

What you get

  • A one-page table of every tool that handles patient information: AI scribes, bookings, clinical records, billing, reminders and messaging.
  • For each tool: what it does in your practice, what personal information it uses, what it does automatically, and whether a person approves before it takes effect.
  • Sources for every entry, from vendor documentation and your own answers.

How it works

  1. You pay the fixed fee and receive a short written questionnaire.
  2. You answer it — most practices take 20 minutes.
  3. Within five business days of receiving your completed questionnaire, you receive the inventory as a PDF.

No meetings, no calls, no software to install.

Price

A$490, fixed. Orders close Friday 20 November 2026, and completed questionnaires are due by Friday 27 November, so every inventory is delivered before 10 December.

Refunds

If you cancel before returning the questionnaire, you get a full refund. If your inventory isn't delivered by 9 December 2026 after you returned the questionnaire on time, you get a full refund. If you cancel after returning the questionnaire but before delivery, you are refunded the fee minus work already done. Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

What this is not

This is not legal advice. The inventory does not tell you whether you must disclose anything or what your policy should say — your lawyer or privacy officer decides that. It gives them the facts in one place.
