Repetitive work review
All it takes from you is naming the three tasks that eat the most time. You get back a single page. There's no charge and no obligation.
What you get back
1. What can be systemised
How far the task can be handed to AI — drafting, filling fixed sections, first-pass triage — broken into concrete units rather than vague promises.
2. What must stay a human decision
Where the "is this OK to send" call sits, and who picks up the exceptions. The responsibility line gets drawn first, not last.
3. The first step worth taking
One task only — the one with the most fixed structure, the highest volume, and the lowest cost of getting it wrong.
I also add one thing I'd advise against doing. Most AI projects fail by trying to automate the whole chain at once.
Worth saying up front
I don't want your data
No contracts, client records or financials. The type of work is enough. Keeping confidential material away from the model is a design assumption, not an afterthought.
No video calls
Email only. The time it costs you is the few minutes it takes to write down three tasks. I reply within 48 hours (AEST, business days).
You can stop at the review
No sales sequence. I'll check in once, about a week later. After that I won't chase you.
There are limits
Without seeing your actual files this is a read from the shape of the work. Where a real answer needs real data, I'll say so rather than guess.
What counts as "repetitive work"
These are the kinds of things people name. Yours don't have to look like this — your own words are far more useful than a tidy category.
- Proposals and quotes that are structurally identical but get rewritten every time
- The same information issued twice because it has to exist in two languages
- First replies to enquiries, where 80% of the content is the same every time
- Fixed-format applications and reports — and the checking that follows them
- Articles, product copy, posts: volume is required but quality can't slip
Request the review
Three lines is enough. Fragments are fine — I'd rather have your rough words than a polished summary.
What you send is used for the review only and is not shared. If the form doesn't work for you, email [email protected] directly.
